If, like me, you are A) freakishly visual (you can't handle having to look at a colour clash) and/or B) have way too many projects going on right now and don't have time for another one, and C) have a not-quite-right chair that you want to modernise, chic-ify, and lighten up a bit, then here is a quick fix for you.
1. Simply take one less-than-perfect chair. (A green vinyl one will do ;))

2. Grab the nearest white, fluffy, sheeplike item.
3. Place said fluffy thing over chair.

4. Ensure the colour pink is used somewhere within the nearest possible vicinity.
I mean, it could use more pink, but this DIY flower artwork is okay for now.

As for the original "Burning Tree in Sunset" painting (my husband did this when he was a little kid by blowing paint through a straw. I love it), it's moved just around the corner to the more masculine-looking part of the room.
And by masculine I mean, brown.

I guess that will tide me over until I get around to the re-upholster project, one day. :)
In other news.... Welcome to the week!
I'm hoping to undertake the office painting and a few arty projects... I'll share the deats when I can.
Our weekend was crazy busy - so I was kind of a zombie by Sunday afternoon and was forced to take a nap. That wasn't so bad. How was yours?
See you tomorrow!

Ha! It actually looks so great. Quick, easy and very chic! xo
